When is Enough, Enough?

Is there such a thing as too much pizza?

My opinion, no way, absolutely not, impossible, how dare you even ask. BUT, I was on a training program for a half marathon in April, and then got really sick back in January and it really threw me off. Since then, I have barely worked out and have my ups and downs with my meals.

Most days I do alright. Still the small meals throughout the day to keep my sugar levels balanced, metabolism going and enough nutrients.

With the exception of the past week, and yes, I consumed pizza intentionally 4 times in a 6 day window.

Friday: One large meat covered slice from Sbarro with a Dr. Pepper.

Sunday: One personal size beef pizza from the movie theatre and a Dr. Pepper

Tuesday: 2 slices of the works pizza at BJ's and a water <---------what was I thinking?

: 3 slices of some beef variety from Gattitown and a Dr. Pepper

No more pizza for me for awhile (brings a slight tear to my eye to type it), but it has to be done. Especially if I'm back on track with training and actually follow-through and do this race which will now probably take me 3 hours with my lack of enthusiasm!

The pizza was totally worth it though.
