So I ran 10.5 miles this week (my training week runs Wednesday-Tuesday, don't ask me why it just does), did 2 strength training sessions and did 11 miles on the bike one night. I feel really good this week. I have been eating really well and following the Body for Life plan that I did after having Kolbe. The harder part of it all is staying away from all the junk, but I am looking forward to a splurge meal coming up next weekend during Girls' Night!
Only 11 more weeks to go! Doh!
